Disputing parties shall pay our fees in the manner and rates as specified below.
| Daily Rate | $3,200 + GST ( not exceeding 10 hours ) |
|---|---|
| Hourly Rate | $320 + GST ( only for hours in excess of 10 hours per day ) |
All fees are payable in advance.
We may increase our fees at any time upon 90 days’ notice to disputing parties.
Unless stated to the contrary, the fees are exclusive of all taxes, duties, fees or other government levies or charges, including without limitation any GST, stamp duty or otherwise, which may be imposed on or in respect of the fees or the services provided under this Agreement or otherwise. Such taxes, duties, fees or other government charges shall to the extent permissible by law be paid by disputing parties.
